Anyway , i really don't think it matter.
Consider the purpose of the forum is to get people communicate in english.
as long as we are speak english, we'll be fine.
furthermore, it is for everyone to communicate in english more often.
it is a very useful too.

Interesting... Any rule or regulation says foreigners are not allowed in Chinese Forum? Like if you go the the US, and you are looking for some sort of info, Chinese forum is the only place you check?
