难于插入,事前要放松心情,不要紧张激动,不要忙于插入，要相互爱抚使双方都能进入性兴奋状态。使阴茎充分勃起，女性会阴充分润湿。最好采用男上女下的体位，女方将两腿分开，使会阴部充分放松，男性的动作不要过分卤莽。这样可减少女性的疼痛。
