[求医问药] 睾丸老是有种被人向下扯的感觉

【咨詢人病因，症狀】手淫后睾丸有一个礼拜很难受，像被人拉着一样，昨天又手淫了一次，发现左睾那儿又有像被人向下扯的感觉，而且左下腹也有阵阵的疼痛，搞的这几天很难受，现在该怎么办呢？各位大侠帮帮忙啊

医院检查出来有前列腺炎和轻微的附睾炎，有事不？是不是附睾炎发作了？
