男人裸睡好处多，在此也提倡一下女性朋友们也裸睡吧。本人裸睡多年，深有体会。老婆在没有嫁给我之前，算是保守的。由于我的影响，慢慢地她也喜欢上了裸睡。裸归裸，还要注意保暖，现在天气冷了，特别是肩膀部位，别着凉了。也要注意安全，别一小心就走光了 。和小孩同睡时也要注意点。床单被褥要经常清洗，时不时拿出去给太阳公公照耀一番。
