别的不说，很佩服楼主这种实践能力，那个文章我也看过，确实文章写的感觉好像是对的，但是因为对于我来说没有什么用，所以看过就算，没想到今天看到楼主的实践报告了。看来楼主也算是病急乱投医啊，说实话不管怎么说时间不够一个就是太敏感了，一个就是身体太虚了，针对不同的原因，锻炼才是真的好方法，另外就是提高身体素质！
